If your package is lost or missing, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If you purchased package protection through Corso, you can open a ticket directly with them. If not or if you need additional support, provide our agents with your order number and any tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or send a replacement if necessary!
