Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] for assistance. We will be happy to provide a replacement* or refund for the damaged or defective product.

Other Returns:
We do not accept returns for any other reasons. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we will do our best to assist you.

General Policy:

  • Returns must be accompanied by all original components.
  • All return requests must take place within 30 days of original purchase.
  • Your order confirmation e-mail is required to complete a return.
  • In order to offer the best shopping and product-return experience, we reserve the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our Returns Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).
  • Items purchased from other retailers, dealers, or resellers and not directly from our website are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, including Blake Brown at Target.
  • Purchases made on our website may not be returned or exchanged at a Target location.
  • Single-use coupons used on your original purchase cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned in exchange for cash.

Approved returns will only be refunded the original cost of the item, reflecting the original discount.

  • Approved returns will be fully refunded via the original form of payment.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Our Process:

  • Once approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. Upon return and inspection of the product at our warehouse, we are happy to offer you a full refund (to the original form of payment).
  • All returns, once received, are subject to a 7-10 business day processing period before your refund is granted. You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been processed and your refund has been issued. Please contact our team if you need to inquire about the status of a pending return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return for an item, after inspection, that is less than half full, has been refilled with a non-Blake Brown product, or was not originally purchased from our website.
  • Any returns of multi-product sets must include all items from the set. We do not accept partial set returns.
